Had a few deliveries and usually very good however on this occasion the food was cold. Pretty poor 🙈

Chips were undercooked but fish lovely

Ordered large special fish supper. Fish very greasy and not flaky. Very disappointing amount of undercooked chips.

2 hr wait not drivers fault . Then got a call had to change an item . Tartare sauce missing and had to heat up a bit

Waiting an hour and half for delivery although food was brilliant lol 🙈

Waited two hours on delivery and food was like warm when it did eventually arrive.

Says its been delivered, phoned and told its not even left the restaraunt yet. Food is good but wont be ordering again after tonight im afraid.

First time ordering from The Kraken in East Kilbride as usually order from their Cambuslang store, but won't be doing it again in a hurry. I appreciate it was a Friday night and that the store would have been busy, however 15 minutes after the delivery was due I called the store to see where the delivery was to be told that it had left the store, 20 minutes later still no sign of the delivery so I called again to be told that the delivery was definitely out - I mentioned that was what I was told previously and what should I do when the food arrives as it will be cold, the person on the call just said that the food was out for delivery. 5 minutes later the food arrived and while there was still a bit of heat in the sausage, and fish the chips were cold. The food that was edible was as always brilliant, never had a problem ordering from Cambuslang, so I'll go back to ordering from there. A real shame as we see The Kraken as a real treat when we order it, but the delivery on Friday unfortunately didn't live up to expectations

Just couldn’t be bothered driving to the Kraken after a real hectic day so used their home delivery for the first time. Our food arrived on time and just as good quality as popping into the shop. Will definitely order online again

Food was amazing the thing I would say is in a fish supper don't lay the fish on top of each other as it was all broken better separate, apart from that it was great 😀
