Thought I ordered a fish supper but only got a fish my fault Fish was excellent

Items missing from my order which was disappointing but the food that did come was lovely. Wasn’t a large order so surprised that items could be missed.

The delivery took nearly an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. The pickled onions I ordered separately were flung in with the chips and cheese making them inedible so were put in the bin.

Lovely as per usual. Big portions . Even chucked in some mince pies and extra tartar sauce

Food was nice, asked for lots of salt and vinegar in the notes but there wasnt any on it

Found the special fish to be overcooked, fish was dry. Very greasy. Not up to the usual standard tonight unfortunately.

We asked for a 5.30 delivery and it came at 4.30 an hour early but it was quick and the usual good quality

Ordered special fish supper everything was cold, utterly no taste in the fish or batter, dry even with salt and vinegar

Saying it was delivered when it was not. It's been nearly an hour and a half and it hasn't showed up yet

Food lovely and fresh

Abysmal - note my spelling is correct. The first attempt, driver phoned three times as he was unable to find our house.. Then, wrong order delivered. Order finally arrived at 6.45, having been ordered at 5.07. Second driver had no problem in locating our house. Very disappointing service, only our second order from you, sad to find you so unreliable.

Delivery was very fast. I ate up all my dinner, cheers.

Fish supper, large chips, curry sauce and tarter sauce. Food was lovely but tarter sauce was missing from order.

I order from you usually but this time the food was'nt hot enough .I did'nt complain as it usually is don't know what happened this time but it won't put me off ordering from you in the future .

Food quality excellent, unfortunately no monkfish available and tartare sauce was missing from order. Alternative made available for monkfish and still enjoyed.

Really didn’t like the mozerella stick. Tasted fishy as if it had been mixed with the fish breadcrumbs or kept together in the fryer.

Food took ages, arrived cold and we were missing a single sausage. Phoned and was told they could either send a fresh set, minus the jumbo mozzarella stick as they'd ran out, or send the missing sausages and credit the rest. As it was after 8pm and we were tired and starving, we accepted this. Another 40 mins for the missing sausages to be delivered wasn't ideal either though. This is the second order in a row we've had issues with so well get our credit order then buy elsewhere in future. Kudos to the girl on the phone though, who couldn't have done much more.

Easy to order online from an extensive mouthwatering menu with quick delivery within 30mins, our order of Special Fish Supper and Southern Fried Chicken was still hot and fresh which was put straight out on plates for a lovely meal treat. The delivery was by a lovely polite smiling delivery man who wished me an enjoyable meal, great service to all involved.
